The Alexandra Inn has catered to Business Guests for over 10 years. We have come to understand the special needs and ammenities sought by this select group of travelers. For your convenience the following services have been added: Cancellation Policy is not enforced, late or early check-in/out, early or To-Go breakfast, reliable free WiFi throughout the Inn and in every room, full bar and restaurant on premises, access to a full exercise facility at Off The Wall Gym only a mile from the Inn, morning news paper in the breakfast room and the welcoming hospitality that makes your stay as pleasant and restful as you would expect from a Vermont Bed and Breakfast.

At the time of reservation a valid credit card and contact information is needed in order to confirm the booking.
Cancellation policy: due to our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. One night stays require full payment at the time of reservation. Stays of two nights or more require a deposit of one night or 10% of the total value. Whichever is greater. Full refund minus a $25 Administrative Fee if cancellation is made before 10 days prior to arrival. For group reservations or Special Event bookings full refund minus a $25 Administrative Fee per room if cancellations are made before 30 days prior to arrival. Full Charge if cancellation is made within 10 days of arrival (30 days for groups and/or Special Events). Option to re-schedule is available. However, full payment is required. Sorry, but there are no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

Check in time: 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Check out time: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Breakfast is served from: 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Coffee and hot water for tea are available as early as 7:00 a.m.

Afternoon tea: hot water for tea or lemonade (according to the season) and freshly baked cookies or a cake will be available in the breakfast room between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Dinner at the Bistro: the Bistro serves a four-course, candle light dinner by reservation only. Dinner is offered exclusively to the Inn's guests and their friends. Although we have twelve rooms at the Inn, we can only cater dinner service to a maximum of four rooms on any given night. The menu changes daily and it is a one choice, prix-fix affair. Ingredients for the menu are bought in the morning and prepared during the afternoon. We portion only what we need for the day, for this very reason reservations must be made at least one day prior to dinner service. Special dietary needs and/or requests will be kindly considered with sufficient time in advance.

We will be happy to arrange different times from the above to suit your traveling needs as long as it does not interfere with the daily operation of the B&B.

:: We are a Non-Smoking Property. However, the Inn features 2 acres of open air space where you may smoke without disturbing other guests.
:: We love animals but are unable to accommodate pets at the Inn.
:: VT Room and Board Tax is 9%.
:: Specials and Packages are available.
:: Although we welcome everybody, unfortunately the Inn is not well suited for children under the age of 12.
:: Any special arrangements or needs can be discussed at the time of reservation.
